How to change the way of voice response of numbers

Hello Support team,

Can you help me to know how can I set up feature that when IVR response is large number of digits say about 10 digits, it converts into billions, millions etc, instead of this, it has to dictate each digit for example 3421187927 to be three four two one one eight seven.. and so on.

How could I acheive this?

Hi,

As your demo account number utilizes AT&T Natural Voices as the TTS engine, you can use the "acronym" attribute for the <say-as> tag to spell out the digits, as described in this previous forum post:
