Plum IVR Support

When using the audio tag, the *.wav gives me trouble where I have no issues with MP3.

Here is the error from the log.
Audio segment from the URL http://127.0.0.1/mywave.wav added to prompt queue
File: http://127.0.0.1/mywave.wav Should only be 1 channel, it's 2
Unrecognized format in WavDecoder

Is there a setting I can set to correct this?

Hi,

We would recommend recording your .wav files in 8 kHz, 16-bit, mono to correct this issue.
