Unable to connect

I am unable to connect plumvoice phone no. Whenever plumvoice number is dialled it prompts to enter extension but it is not identifying it. After three attempts its disconnecting it.

Hi,

Which phone numbers are you attempting to dial? When dialing 617-712-3999 x1485 and 617-712-3999 x1494, we're able to connect without any issues.

Unable to connect to both the numbers 617-712-3999 (1485 and 1494).

Hi,

Can you provide more details such as:

- the phone number you dialed
- the phone number you dialed from
- the date and time of when you made the call
- the type of phone you are using
- short description of the issue you're experiencing

As mentioned earlier, we've been able to place successful calls to 617-712-3999 x1485 and 617-712-3999 x1494.
