Plum IVR Support

Hi there,

I recently signed up for an account, pointed my app to an external URL which contains valid VXML, yet my extension/PIN code doesn't seem to be working: Even when I point the app source to a "hello world" scratchpad file, I consistently receive a "number is not in service" message.

Can anyone advise as to whats happening here, and how this can be fixed so that my development efforts can proceed?
