Call Recording

I tried using "recordcall" & "recordcallappend" property for callrecording. We are receiving the data in "audio/basic" format. Is there any settings available to get it in "audio/wav" or any other format?. Also, Is there any limitation in recording duration?

Hi,

The recordcall property only records to audio/basic format. If you would like the audio saved in a different format, you would need to post the recording to you server and do the conversion using a program like SoX, for example.

There are no limitations on the recording duration; we will continue to record the call so long as the call is active.
