Plum IVR Support

Just wanted to see if you supported nbest post-processing. Also, are alternate Nuance ASR engines available other than OSR 3?

Hi,

You can pull the nbest results via the Application and Session Variables. We only support Nuance OSR 3.0 for our DEV environment.
