Question Setup & Invalid Response Pop-up on the WEB

Post by jcarr »

Regarding the Question Setup & Invalid Response Pop-up on the WEB.

QUESTION SETUP:

1. Is there a way to set the response field to prompt for the Number Keypad on a Smart Phone, rather than the
Qwerty keypad?

2. Is there a way to set the time entry response as a SCROLL (up/down) instead of a tightly packed group?

3. How can I correct the word “anawer” to “answer” in the “Invalid entry…” prompt below?

Hi,

Unfortunately, in the current survey tool there are no options for the first two features you mentioned. However, our engineers are currently developing an updated version of the survey tool, which will include these enhanced features to format web surveys for smartphone broswers. There is not a definite ETA for this new survey tool as of yet, but we expect it to be available in the next few months.

As for your third question, once a survey is live, you cannot go back and edit its content. You could, however:

1. Make a clone of your current active survey
2. Edit this clone to fix the spelling in that prompt
3. Deploy this clone as your new live survey. You can reuse the same phone number you use for your current survey, though the web url will change.

The response data from the old version would still be available, but new responses going forward would be saved separately.

We hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
