No audio

Dear,

I manage to receive call after setting up a call, however, I don't hear any voice.

Please see message in call log. Any idea?

Hi,

It looks like your calls are disconnecting immediately after they connect. We have contacted the carrier who handles our outbound calls, giving them the example you provided.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and will update you when we learn more.

Hi,

We've heard back from our carrier, and it seems that they are sending the call successfully to the terminating carrier.

You may want to contact your carrier to see why these calls are being disconnected.
