Can we use Voxeo Prophecy SIP phone for testing applications hosted on Plum Voice?
I tried testing but was not able to do so

If yes, then is there any document Or steps available.

Hi Vikas,

Although it's hypothetically possible to use SIP phones for testing, we generally don't recommend doing so, as we've found it to be unreliable. We would suggest doing your testing with a normal handset for a reliable experience.
