Hello!
When an outbound IVR is made, the final step is for Plum to post the call's result. However, for one of the IVRs we sent, the "call result" was not received on our end.
I can see the IVR's log in your admin console. I don't believe the log traces any information about the call result. The call is SessionID = 200025;064;1490303109 Timestamp = 03/23/2017 - 05:07:26pm EDT
How can I go about tracing down why the call result was not posted? I've seen this behavior before so I'd like to track down the cause for this case.

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately, we don't keep logs for the "result_url" callback web requests. Therefore, we do not have any trace information to provide.
