debugging IVR information

Post by rparies »

Hello,
i have inherited a project and totally a newbie to this stuff.
We are getting errors when trying to press zero.
One of the guys here said that there was a way to watch the live xml of the current calls.
The issue i am getting is when someone pushes zero , they get this weird hard(something about connection err) and the call is dropped.
I did find the log files for that number and the error logs were empty
I am not even sure i am asking the right questions.

thanks for any help
Randy

Hi Randy,

Given that your application was written by the Plum team that is not something you will need to diagnose yourself. For custom applications it is best to email support who can work with our application developers to look into here the issue is happening as well as deploying a fix if necessary.
