Consultation transfer

Does your platform support the implementation of a consultation transfer? Giving us the option to either drop the line after x time or return the callee to us if there is no pick up after x time.

We have the capability to support consultation transfers on our Dev platform, but only if you, the customer, brought in your own telecom which has minimum commitments. We suggest you speak with your sales representative regarding this if you are interested in learning more about these commitments.
