How to do a three way call ?

Hi,

Is there any possibility of do a three way call to listen in realtime the outgoing call?

Could you give specific examples or scenarios for your question?

Do you mean the ability to listen in the outgoing call a customer is currently on? Or to have the outgoing call reach both a service representative and a customer at the same time?

Hi,

We do not have a function for listening in a live outgoing call. However, you can listen to the call afterwards in the recording.
