Plum IVR Support

IVR with voice TOM can't say an currency with 14 cents.
It keeps saying 13 cents for 14 cents. This looks like a defect.
For ex: 1200.14 will be said as 1200.13

Tom is saying "fourteen" but this particular TTS voice pronounces "fourteen" very similarly to "thirteen." For comparison, have it say "thirteen" and "fourteen" back to back.

Every TTS voice has slightly different pronunciations. We recommend switching the voice if you find Tom's pronunciation confusing.
