Plum IVR Support

I have configured my inbound application to a toll free number provided by plumvoice which is mapped to an extension.
What suppose if i want to have a separate toll free number alone(without extension)?
Does plumvoice provide this support? If yes, what would be the billing? and what is the procedure to get that?
