ANI = 0000000000

Post by jverweij »

Our IVR often receives calls that are transferred from a 3rd party. In some cases the ANI that we are receiving is all zeros, whih prevents us from recognizing the member by phone number. Do you know what could cause that? Could that be a restricted or blocked number? Before going back to the 3rd party to see if they are masking anything I want to see if you have any experience with this.
thanks!

Hi,

The ANI is something we simply receive. You must reach out to your 3rd party for more information.
