Outboud call makes a call at 5:00 AM

Hello,
We have an outbound call setup that called a customer at 5:00 AM in the morning. The customer contacted us to complain and when we checked the logs we found that it was really so.
How did this happen? And how can I set up an outbound call service and prevent it from calling customers at ungodly hours of the day such as very early in the morning?
