Hi,

Is Plum Voice supporting Nuance 10.2 or 10.5 ASR engine ?
If so, are Nuance Tier 4 licences available?

Any plan for Nuance 11 Dragon Voice ?

Unfortunately the answer is no to both the Nuance 10.2 or 10.5 and Nuance 11 Dragon Voice at this time. Thank you for reaching out anyway!

Resurrecting this thread for a similar question. On a less-specific note, can you share if there are ANY plans to upgrade the ASR engine to a newer option, not just the specific products mentioned earlier?

Hi luckyllama,

Great question- happy to do so! Though, exact details are limited at this time. However, yes, we absolutely do have plans to upgrade the ASR engines to include more modern options since this is a frequently-requested feature and we do want to listen to our user-base!
Stay tuned for additional details as they are release, but at least we can confirm that one of our initiatives right now is to upgrade ASR.
