Not getting caller ID name passed along

when we switched to your service, some customers are no longer receiving the name of the caller on their caller ID, just the phone number. We had this working in the past. Do you send the ANI in a format different other carriers/providers? Is there anything we can do on our side to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out.
Currently we support setting the caller ID on local phone numbers.
The caller ID is set at the carrier level so in order to do it you would need to submit a request to our provisioning department.
The display can be up to 15 characters, including spaces.
