What is the reason for the outbound call application

Hi

I just try plum outbound call applicaition, but just got the message below,

Internal system error. ERROR: Invalid login or pin

Could some one help me on this?

Hello,

The error you are seeing is an authentication error. The Plum IVR outbound system requires that you provide your login (the login for the hosting account) and your IVR outbound PIN code. The IVR outbound PIN code is different from your IVR hosting account password and is entirely numeric. You can find your outbound PIN code on the "Outbound Tools" page of your Plum IVR Hosting account.
