Outbound call failed

Hi,

I am trying the outbound call with plum, but the call failed always, after my two-times trying, here is the information I checked,

IVR outbound system

Greg,

The output you provided seems to indicate that the IVR system tried calling a number three times but each time received a busy signal (as noted by "Callee Type: busy"). For starters, you should try the IVR outbound service again, but this time with another phone number. If you can provide further information about what you posted to queuecall.php we'll be able to assist you further.

800 numbers cannot be called from the IVR outbound system

800 numbers can not be called from the hosted IVR outbound system. If you try a non-800 number you should be able to successfully complete an IVR call.
