Plum IVR Support

Hi,

We have recevied a dedicated US tel no. after registering to the PLUM IVR which would be very costly for us to dial from India for testing the application.

I would like to know if there is any support by chance for free calling services like Skype, Freeworld dialup by Plum IVR as we see in Voxeo IVR platfom for testing purpose.

Please let us know asap so that we can start testing our application on your environment.

Plum does not provide any other means for accessing the IVR hosting service other than the phone number(s) provided to you. Our IVR hosting environment is architected to make use of traditional telco lines to maintain the highest possible level of IVR call quality. Both DTMF and speech recognition can become highly unreliable when using a VOIP connection.
