Plum IVR Support

When recording a .wav file over the phone in Audio Repository, I notice the recording cuts off at around 10 seconds--longest I've been able to record is 13 seconds before it cut off. Also, the playback volume is low. Are there tricks for recording .wav files?

Also in Audio Repository, just a note--selecting "2" to listen to your recorded messages trips an error.
