Outbound call generation

Hi All,

can anyone tell me , is plum voice outbound service is synchoronous or asynchoronous.
someone told me that some actions are asynchoronous and some are synchoronous, so i need details
prompt response would be appriciated

Hi,

IVR Outbound calling is asynchronous; IVR outbound calls are not necessarily executed in the same order in which they were enqueued.

If you are wondering about other "actions" (as you wrote), please provide a more specific IVR example.
