Hello,
Within our code we have a single "Record Audio" block of code that is used each time a user makes a recording. For certain types of recordings (ie the code is referenced from a particular block of code each time), the recording volume for one of our users is particularly low. If he accesses the recording block of code from a different area of the program, it sounds fine.
Is there any recording volume variable that we could adjust to see if that is the problem? Would you have any other suggestions what the issue might be? This user has tried from several telephones, land lines and cell phones, with no luck.
Thanks,
Melanie

IVR Audio Recording Volume Discrepancies
Hi Melanie,
There is no IVR recording volume variable to adjust the volume of your recording. You will have to save your file and use an audio normalizing tool to fix this problem. This page might work for you:

Hope this helps.
