Plum IVR Support

Hi,
In outbound applications,i need to check for numbers
with extensions.

Cell No : 9943335883
I tried with 1919943335883,but it was not working.
1 - Area Code.
91 - ISD Code.
9943335883 - Cell Number.

Please suggest me a solution.
