User Spell Out A Word

Is there any samples of how you can have a user spell out a word. Like "Egg" and the user actually will spell the word.

We do not have any IVR code samples of how you can have the user spell out a word.
Due to limitations with speech recognition technology, it would be difficult for a speech engine to understand what the user is spelling, just as it would be difficult for a human to understand another human spelling out a word.
