Call back number

Hi,

now that I have a contract, can I change the callback number? It is always Plum main number for me now.

Call back number can be changed with IVR system

Hi,

If you want to have your callback number changed, you can send an e-mail to support@plumvoice.com with your IVR Customer ID in the subject line. The Customer ID would be found in your support contract with Plum. If you do not yet have a support contract with Plum, you should contact your sales representative regarding this issue.
