Plum IVR Support

Could you tell me please, where can I validate my VXML file, but URL.
I was able to do it yesterday on your site and can't find this tool today.

Hi,

You can go to "Developer Tools" on the Plum IVR hosting account web page. Once you get there, you can click on the "Open" button next to VoiceXML Validator. This will open a window where you can enter the URL and have it validated by clicking the "Validate" button.

I don't have URL. I need to validate file from my computer.
How can I do it ?

You could paste the contents of your IVR file into a scratchpad on your "Application Setup". To do this, go to your "Application Setup" page and click the "New Scratchpad" button under "Manage Scratchpads:". This will open up a new window where you can paste your file. Once you've pasted the file into the scratchpad, you can click the "Validate" button to validate your file.
