Plum IVR Support

Hi,
We have a problem with accessing the application. It is throwing Fetch error. It seems like the web server is running fine.
I can access the same application in the same network from
other webserver.

I thought it may be the parse error. But the application is same from the other webserver.
so it may be the connection error.I am not sure.

Error:
Error fetching document http://<host>/IVRApp/vxml/IVR_appname.vxml due to socket error: 111
DocumentParser::FetchBuffer - could not open URL: http://<host>/IVRApp/vxml/IVR_CableOne.vxml
DocumentParser::FetchDocument - exiting with error result 2
errno: 203 uri http://<host>/IVRApp/vxml/IVR_appname.vxml

Hi,

This IVR error (socket error: 111) means that your web server is refusing a connection from us. You should check to make that your web server is up and running and that you do not have any firewall settings restricting access to your web server from our IVR hosting system.
