Plum IVR Support

Hi,
Are there any already built grammar functions to use keypad for input last name or first name ?
Or can you tell me how I can built the grammar for recognizing last name and first name from the keypad using dtmf.

Hi,

There is no built in IVR grammar offered by Plum for inputting a last name or first name using DTMF. Are you planning on using this IVR feature with a small list of names, or did you want it to work for all names all the time?
