Catching Hang Up

Hi folks, we have an application that generates outbound calls from inbound calls.
Currently we are recording successful calls, the ones that end in an outbound. Now we need to record the inbound calls that fail.

We saw in this forum there is connection.disconnect.hangup

Can you please send us an example to catch this kind of calls and record the database?
