Audio and VXML files hosting

We are checking if the Plum hosting is acceptable for our VXML outbound applications (US, EU calls). I've started porting of an existent VXML application and got several issues.
Please take a look at the following:
1) Currently we have several VXML applications with number of wav files more than 100. Moreover, there are several cases when an audio file to be played is determined dynamically by JavaScript (day of week, month, etc.). These audio files are currently stored across several subdirectories according to their purpose.
All wav files in the Plum Audio Repository are located in the same folder and have automatically generated numeric names. It looks too difficult to maintain such audio files and update their references in VXML.
Is there any possibility to preserve original names of the audio files?
2) We also need a hosting for our VXML and grammar files (15-20 per an application).
Does Plum hosting provide such a possibility?
3) Can we use a static start_url VXML and receive the 'call_parameters' and 'callee_type' values as VXML variables?
This option helps us to decrease an initial time gap.
