unable to receive email from plum app using "Email" module

Hi Support,

We have an application where I want to send an email to my mail-Id using the "@Email" module. But I am not receiving the email from the Plum application when it is run. Whereas when I check my "Logs" it is showing that email has been sent to my mail-Id.
I have used this "@Email" module earlier and did not face any issues at that time. But now, I don't know why I am not receiving the email from Plum application. Can you please tell me why I am not receiving the email?

Could you either email support or PM us with the following information:

1. Which account is this application on?

2. What is the name of the application?

3. What page of the applications is the email module on?

4. Could you list step by step how to reach that specific email module? Be sure to include any test data we may have to enter.
