API Controlled Deployment of Outbound IVR Campaigns

Hello,
Let's suppose we have a simple inbound IVR application developed now that we want to deploy to a select number of people at a particular time. How do we do this programmatically from our end instead of relying on scheduling features within the Plum Fuse+. Is there a link that provides an example and a screenshot / step by step walkthrough?
