Using same audio files across multiple pages

Post by fscianna »

Hello,

I'm having some difficulty with the same audio file being recognized on a different page within the same app. After I created Page 1, I uploaded 4 audio files to play for a few of the prompts/modules and they all play successfully. I then created Page 2 which has very similar prompting but just collects different data. When testing the callflow for that page, all prompts are TTS despite the prompt text/phrase being identical. Hope that makes sense. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional info.

Thanks!

If needed, you can review our app "testAudio" for reference.

Also, I just found that if I remove all audio files and then re-load, they are played successfully on Page 2. So while that's a word-around for now, can I request that you research the possibility of not having to reload them?

Thanks again
