Our production account was made active a couple of days ago but looking at my account settings it still indicates a demo account.
I'm also looking or the Language Module - is this only available with production access?

You have had to log in and back on after we converted you from a demo to a production customer. Where in account settings does it show you are a demo account?
The language module only appears if your application is multilingual, you can control in the audio manager (the speaker icon on the top-right)
