Phone Number on Deployment

I am attempting to deploy my initial IVR. When i attempt to assign a phone number to the Application it says that it is has saved properly. When i attempt to make a phone call to the IVR it says an unexpected error has occurred. When i return to the deployment page there is no phone number associated to the application anymore.

Hi Thomas,

There was an issue earlier this week with the deployment page which was patched in the evening on May 9th. Please let us know if you run into any additional issues.
