Starting today (05/09), we have been unable to tie any of our deployed apps to the assigned phone number. The initial attempt on the Deployment page appears successful but upon refreshing the phone number is no longer displayed. Can you take a look when you have a chance?

There was an issue earlier this week with the deployment page which was patched on May 9th at approximately 2PM ET. Please let us know if you run into any additional issues.
