About Transfer module

Post by henry »

Is there a method to show a specific number when we transfer call from plum through "Transfer" module?

Yes, please format the phone number like this:

Code: Select all

tel:6175555555;ani=7205555555
This would transfer the call to 617-555-5555 while sending 720-555-5555 as the ANI. Please note that displaying a specific caller ID is not 100% guaranteed as the far side is responsible for displaying the caller ID, but this will send the ANI of your choosing.

Team,

I tried the format with "tel:6175555555;ani=7205555555", "6175555555", even "(617)555-5555", every time it show me an error, before the "Transfer module".

The log is below. After var_201, the "Transfer" module should start. But it shows me the error below, instead of start transfering.
(In CallLog module module, the variable is logged successfully)

06 OCT 2017 07:04:18 PM -0400: var_201, [call_log] - 333
06 OCT 2017 07:04:18 PM -0400: var_201, [call_log] - Uncaught event: error.badfetch.http.500
----here should call transfer module--.

Further info will be provided, if needed.

Please post or PM us the following details:

1. Which username this application is under
2. What is the application name?
3. Which page is this module on?
