Report discrepancy

Hi
I'm running reports from the dashboard for Sept activity and am seeing a few discrepancies. First, I'm running a monthly report selecting the Last Month option - which should pull Sept. The report pulls 8/31 data and does not include a row for 9/30.
We had calls on 9/30 that are in the logs. When I run a custom report pulling 9/30 - 10/3, the report shows 0 minutes, 0 calls for 9/30. But there are 9/30 calls in the logs.
Can you please investigate?

Which username is experiencing this issue? We just checked into the admin account (for J. Verweij) but we saw the correct rows for last month, and for 9/30 - 10/3.

That is the correct log in that we are accessing the reports under and it still appears to be an issue with 8/31 showing up for a Sept report and 9/30 not showing up.
