Hello,
I have a REST call which returns text with provider names. for example your provider is John Smith but the TTS is always too fast and sometimes it spells names and not saying a NAME. any suggestions?

You could experiment with different TTS engines and voices to find one that suits your preferences. You can those under Application Settings (gear icon on top-right).

As for spelling out a name, please make sure your names are properly formatted like "John Smith" instead of all caps like "JOHN SMITH". If it is all caps and an uncommon name, it may be interpreted as an acronym instead.
