Application is not invoked after call scheduled

Team,

After scheduled calls, some return status 'completed', some return 'failed'.
In both 'completed' and 'failed', there exists such a situation that some related call log are missed for related scheduled call.
And the related postcall-webservice is not executed also.

Could you please help us to check what kind of scenario can cause this?

Hi Henry,

For failed calls, there will not be call logs.

But for completed calls, there should always be one (even if it's empty), so we need to have a sample call that is specifically marked as completed but no log exists. Could you PM us of the details of such instances so that we may look further into this?
