Plum IVR Support

Hi Team,

I have 2 phone numbers "My Account->Phone Numbers" and under the dropdown menu of "Owner" I have 2 different user names.
I am able change the user by selecting the user from the dropdown menu "Owner" but I am not able to save it as there is no save button. How do I SAVE that particular phone number for a particular user?

Hi,

This feature was not available because your account was still set as a demo account. We consulted with your sales representative and have gone ahead and removed the demo limitations, since your go-live date is pending shortly. If you log out and back in you should now see the option to assign your phone numbers to other users and save those changes.
