Plum IVR Support

Hi Support,

We have an application where the user has to wait for around 10 seconds after making a confirmation. In these 10 seconds we are validating various responses from different modules. Therefore I want to play some background music for these 10 seconds when the call is in progress. Is there any to do this? If yes, how?
