Suggestions on Module for Survey

Hello -

Any suggestions for a method/module to use for an "exit survey" (reason for cancelling)? Ideally, this would be something that is also easy to report out of (x% chose "too expensive", y% chose "not enough features", etc).

You have two options, depending on whether you need to correlate the exit survey responses back specifically to their caller.

Option 1: Simply add this to your Fuse+ application
Pros: You are already familiar with Fuse+
Cons: You are responsible for adding reporting functionality to your webservices

Option 2: Use Insight, which is our survey creation tool
Pros: Insight is easy to use and Plum is responsible for storing your data. You can also run reports against this data.
Cons: You should not use this option if you need to link back the survey response back to the caller. You will have to provision another phone number and deal with another transfer in your Fuse+ app
