Outbound call error message

PostWed Aug 22, 2018 12:52 pm

Hello,

I am testing a trial of the FusePlus application, and somehow I've broken the outbound calling flow. When I queue a call, the call fails immediately, and I see an error appearing in the log that I'm not sure how to fix:

var_0, [compare_var] - Unconnected default transmitter

This outbound flow was working on Friday, and the only change since then has been the removal of the Trial recording "Thanks for using this Plum trial account” message. Any assistance you can provide would be valuable. Thank you.

Hi,

That error message indicates that for var_0 (the first module used in your application) the default option is not connected to the rest of your call flow. Looking at your application we can see that you have connected all of the value options to other parts of the call flow, but the default (the option coming from the bottom of that module) is not connected to anything. This means that there is no default call path in place if none of the variable conditions are met. If you connect this branch to your desired default behavior it should eliminate this error.
