Subdialog not working on PCI-compliant number.

I've been having a problem using the subdialog module with a PCI-compliant number. When it's used, there's about a thirty second pause followed by the "An unexpected error has occurred" prompt. The call logs just say "Error x1" followed by "error handler disabled," with no details given when expanded. Our server has no record of requests made on Plum's part.

Our server's url has been whitelisted, and the REST modules still work fine.

The subdialog works fine on our dev application, and I've made sure that everything in the prod application is identical.

Is there any reason the subdialog would be failing for PCI-compliant numbers?

Hi anorman728,

We believe this to be because of firewall issues- we had to allow traffic from your IPs for Fuse+ separately. We have completed work, can you retry using the subdialog module and let us know if it is working now?

It looks like it's working now. Thanks!

The subdialog works, but we also had a third-party vendor that we're trying to use, and it doesn't look like that one's being whitelisted. When the data node is reached, it has the same problem as the subdialog did before. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Thanks.

Hi,

Any endpoint accessed from our PCI environment must be whitelisted in order to allow those requests out, whether that endpoint is internal to your company or belongs to a third party. You will need to send an email to support@plumgroup.com with your customer number in the subject line and request to have the additional IPs or domains added to our PCI whitelist.
