No Input/Match default (3x) for hang up not working

We've recently run into an issue on multiple live calls where it's going excessively long as it's getting stuck in some kind of loop related to no match/input. Some calls have reached about an hour before finally disconnecting. Looking at the log we'll see "No Input x471" which is obviously an issue as the call never ends properly even after it would appear the person has hung up themselves.

The application(s) are using the default settings where there are three attempts for input or match (the modules point no input and no match back into itself where applicable for the user to try again) before directing to hang up which was working prior during testing.

Please advise if any other additional information is needed as we're looking to get this resolved ASAP of course since it's causing issues related to billed minutes.

Hi,

In order to look further into this issue, we will need more information from you. May you please provide the timestamps of the logs within the past five days where it shows the loop related to no match/input?

It just hung up after the last log item up there, obviously the actual log is incredibly long.

If you need any further information such as the account this was under, application name, etc... can we do that through PM as to not post that kind of information.
