Plum Voice was recently featured in a TMC article about the differences between hosted IVR solutions vs onsite solutions. The article describes how hosted solutions enable the customer to get up an running more quickly with less time and cash spent. The article also describes the advantage of onsite systems since they allow for integration with a customer's PBX and can sit closer to databases or other IT systems.
